Welcome to the SafeHouse Denver Men Against Domestic Violence. Our purpose is to include and celebrate men who stand up against domestic violence and work toward the vision of making every house a safe house. The Men Against Domestic Violence Steering Committee, with the input of other men in our community, will be rolling out a variety of options for men who would like to actively help in creating a community that no longer tolerates domestic violence. Men's Declaration A primary goal is to widely disseminate the Men's Declaration, found on this website, as a means of increasing awareness and inviting men to take a public stand against domestic violence. As fathers of daughters, sons of mothers, brothers of sisters, and husbands of wives, our community needs the voices of men to speak out against violence against women. SafeHouse Denver is currently focused on training interested men to support and extend the work of its active Community Education Program. For more information or to register for the next Community Educator’s training, please contact Dora-Lee Larson, Director of Community Education, at
