SafeHouse Denver is pleased to announce that we’ve been selected to benefit from the Concerts For Kids’ Community Day again this year. On Saturday, May 22, 2010, 800 hundred volunteers will come together to complete over 4,800 hours of work at a number of nonprofit organizations. In 2008, Concerts For Kids volunteers created a beautiful and safe new playground and repainted the outside of our Emergency Shelter. Concerts For Kids is also hosting its 2nd Annual Day of Rock on Saturday, May 29, 2010 on the 16th Street Mall. For more information about both events, please visit www.concertsforkids.org.
